Careful consideration is taken when accepting vendors who provide a distinctive mix of quality art, craft and produce to the Roleystone Markets. 


Preference is given to products handmade/hand-crafted by the stall owners.  No more than three vendors selling the same product will be accepted.  


You will be notified by email whether your application has been approved 21 days (three weeks) before the market.  Once your application has been accepted, you will be invited to secure your registration by making payment within 48 hours of acceptance.  

If you are unable to attend and have made a payment, you will need to advise us no later than two weeks prior to a market to receive a full refund. No refund will be given if you do not advise in this timeframe.  


Please note we do NOT accept PARTYPLAN in any format. 


3m x 3m site: $60

3m x 3m corner site: $70


Public liability Insurance: $25 if you don't have your own


Food Vendors: $130 - own Public Liability Insurance required

  • On-site power is not available for this market.

  • Please bring your own gazebo, lights and chairs. 

  • NO METAL Pegs are allowed for your gazebo.
